It is common to be overwhelmed and confused about new residential construction or restoration construction. The contracts and the scope of work documents are difficult to understand and it is time consuming to monitor construction progress. However, it is financially crucial for you to know what work your contractors have and have not completed, so you do not mistakenly pay for materials never purchased and labor never performed. Never pay for work not completed, or materials not used.

Construction Contract Checkers studies your construction contract, and/or scope of work documents line by line, monitors work progress and reports to you on a scheduled basis which work has, or has not, been finished.

You will know what labor to pay and which construction materials' costs to pay and which not to pay.

You will know the progress of work completed and what percent of the total job it represents. This is important to know when making payments, which are based on the amount of work completed, to contractors. It is never advisable to make payments that are more than only the amount actually due.

This is a flat-fee service, based on the size of the construction contract.
